What is 360 Feedback?

360 Feedback it is an appraisal system that gathers feedback on an individual from a range of colleagues that know the person being appraised. These are typically colleagues, managers or customers and is used as a key tool in learning and development with the main benefit of giving individuals a more rounded and honest view of their skills, performance and working relationships compared to line managers assessments alone.
